A better-looking design for the site.

I was playing around with The GIMP to make a background image for my
desktop, and I succeed and like the theme so much that I thought it would be
great for a website.

Since the current design of our LGDC site is temporary and not perfect, I
worked on something that looked a bit more professional yet still not dull.
