Actually phplib was (almost) ok.  It _was_ generating a few warnings
but was nat the reason for LGDC going bananas.  I have now fixed the
bugs generating warnings I was able to find.

The rest is up to the LGDC webmaster.

If you find more problems with phplib, please tell me how to reproduce
them and I will do my best to fix them.
