But what do you mean with problems ?  If it means, getting things
running, installing a 3Dfx board, getting a patch or info about CTP
etc, I thought that in those cases the .com would be the place to be ?
With "our" .org being the technical, non customer-oriented side of
things ?..

not saying that's how it should be, that's just how I thought it was..
