If the game is good, finding a company willing to distribute and
advertise is not a problem.

I'd say: make sure that the work is evenly distributed, and don't accept
work that is below accepted quality. That way shares would be equal.
You're right though: it is a possible problem. The shares would have to
be decided upon before the game is sold.
