Precipitous absence

	Hello all,

	Sorry for having been away. I was called out-of-town as a last minute
emergency and, on top of that, I moved to a new house on Saturday finally
being re-connected today.

	The PHP3 situation isn't finished yet, but I am making it my first
priority right after I refresh the news section on the web page.

	Well, I'll write again after it is completed...
