.forward problems

It seems as if the .forward for the linuxgam@sunsite.auc.dk address still
isn't properly working. I already contacted the sunsite staff about it.
Attached is the mbox file from sunsite (with the 60% spam content removed)

Paul, can you also add some "we had problems with..., sorry if you didn't
get a response for a long time" note to the site?

Hi,

I am the OpenGL.org webmaster.
As you begin to post any news, tutorials etc on OpenGL/Mesa based
game development, please drop me a link at OpenGL.org. I will try to
post a feature on OpenGL.org (20,000 page views daily) and have a
link back to your site.

We are actively trying to promote Game development on Linux with
OpenGL so hopefully your site can be a great resource to OpenGL/Linux
developers.

Thanks

hi!

quickly:

the links page -> compilers

The gcc, egcs compilers - add note about egcs - that it's a part of redhat
6.0 or higher and possibly other new distros as well. for c++ egcs was the
default compiler even in older 5.2 redhat I guess.

Hello. I am looking to develop shareware games. I am a one man
operation and while I don't want to make games just for the money, I do
plan it as my source of income. Is linux viable for my expectations. I
originally wanted to develop for Apple Rhapsody, but I guess you know
where that idea went. Linux what with X86, PPC, and many other versions
seems to fill the gap as a multiplatform OS that gives the user the
choice of what hardware they prefer. And from what I have heard and
read Linux offers plenty of power if used properly.

Thanks for reading.
