New beta release of Crystal Space: 0.15r001

Here is new beta release of Crystal Space. This is version 0.15r001. It
mostly corresponds to a CVS snapshot of 1 December 1999. This is a beta
release only. Don't expect utmost quality. Also if you can access CVS then
this beta is probably not for you. It doesn't offer anything extra (except auto-generated
HTML documentation but those you can also download through the CS site).

For those who haven't followed CS development: a LOT has changed since 0.14.
I invite you all to have a look.
