XEmacs: Editor of the GODS!

It's powerful, and pretty, but easier to learn how to use than
VI.  It has all these integrating packages for
GCC/GDB/etc,etc...  Very neat.

DDD by itself is a nicer front end to GDB, if you ask me, but
it doesn't integrate with anything.
