Yes we are. 

I was able to access both www.independence.seul.org and 
independence.seul.org (this also worked with lynx):

$ ping independence.seul.org -c1
PING independence.seul.org (18.244.0.188) from 192.168.168.2 : 56 data bytes
64 bytes from 18.244.0.188: icmp_seq=0 ttl=235 time=217.8 ms

--- independence.seul.org ping statistics ---
1 packets transmitted, 1 packets received, 0% packet loss
round-trip min/avg/max = 217.8/217.8/217.8 ms

$ ping www.independence.seul.org -c1
PING cran.mit.edu (18.244.0.188) from 192.168.168.2 : 56 data bytes
64 bytes from 18.244.0.188: icmp_seq=0 ttl=235 time=129.1 ms

1 packets transmitted, 1 packets received, 0% packet loss

Either you've got something set up wrongly, you mistyped the URL, or this
has just been fixed. I seem to recall using this in the past, but it may
have got broken during the reinstall.
