I have fixed the lilo RPM because in case of upgrade of the RPM the
user didn't get the boot messages.   I have kept the same release
number in the RPM for easier maintenance.

I have also fixed the xbanner RPM because it displayed an embarassing
Red Hat Linux in the XDM screen and RedHat could object.

I am presently uploading them so they should be ready in a few minutes
