I apologize for the "vaporware" announce.  Someone failed to notice
the RSN (real soon now) in the webpage and posted to a french site we
had released.  From there it went to LWN.

But the vaporware announce has brought a fair numeber of new
subscribers so I deemed necessary to post or repost some info about
the distribution.
