I accidently stated that voting for the licensing would close on June 28, 1998. I intended to give just over a week for this task. I guess I was in a hurry reading my calendar. The new closing date is Sunday July 5, 1998. This gives a full 10 days for discussion and voting. The debate will be settled at that time. Sorry for the mix up. Jeff
