[Computerbank] Constitutioon and SOP

Hi all, 

I had an email from Micheal Morley about the SOP and Section 23 last night
I'[ll forward it to the list.

so let me know what people think.

The official notice of the SGM will go up on Sunday with the required
motions on notice bit.

The AGM will be on the same day as Kylie has said as the constitutional
changes are essential if we are to take this new direction.

I'm thinking of 12 for the SGM followed by lunch and the AGM about 2pm.

I'm away this week but will check my emai every day to keep up with the
list trasffic.
