Another way to resolve this is to use an alias. You could choose your
first name as an alias, or maybe your position within you computerbank
chapter.

I will need to allocate a responsible person for each state. Volunteers
please, just someone who will taken enquiries on behalf of computerbank
in their state.

We could also get the regions covered by chapter, say for example Perth
would be covered by the WA chapter and Sydney by the NSW chapter. That
way if a delegated person is given the data entry job for each chapter,
it will only show up regions under their umbrella so to speak.

Just some thoughts.
