Last call on Constitution...

Hi all,
AFAIKT, the Perth constitution is looking fairly complete.  We had specified
this saturday as a deadline for getting it done.  Can people have another
look at the constitution (at http://www.computerbank.org.au/perth/legal/ )
to ensure that there are no more ammendments needed?
I have one further ammendment to make:
22.2 If on winding up of the Organisation, any property of the Organisation
remains after satisfaction of the debts and liabilities of the Organisation
and the costs, charges and expenses of that winding up, that property shall
not be paid to or distributed among the members of the Organisation but
shall be distributed to a specified charity organisation. 

becomes

22.2 If on winding up of the Organisation, any property of the Organisation
remains after satisfaction of the debts and liabilities of the Organisation
and the costs, charges and expenses of that winding up, that property shall
not be paid to or distributed among the members of the Organisation but
shall be distributed to one ore more charity organisations that are
registered with the Australian Government department responsible for charity
registrations.


Other than that, it seems pretty good to me... 8-)
