I have added a few announcements to the main page - mainly meeting
announcements, a link to the database design document (which is great
BTW!), supporter updates etc. 

I also updated the Vic page - have not yet been able to put the photos
from the network setup yet - hope to get around to it this week.

Please let me know if there is anything else I should add -Perth meeting
announcement??
