Canada's Computers for Schools Program

I came across Canada's Computers for Schools program
(http://www.schoolnet.ca/cfs-ope/welcome_e.html) and thought I would pass the
information along. The program has been in operation since 1993 and as of
11/30/98 has placed 89,812 computers in schools and libraries. I though this
might generate some ideas as well as provide another example for use when
contacting government agencies.
