That does not seem possible.

Comanies are registered Federally not by States (Non
profit organizations are registered by States) and if
the name already exists then no state can allow that
name for a non profit organization.  Since Computerbank
is registered in Victoria as a non profit then there
could not have been that name already used Federally
beforehand nor since.

Also, when I did a company ABN search to confirm the
registration of CBV searching for "Computerbank" no
other company was thrown up.
