CBV AGM - Saturday 19th

Hi CBV'ers,

Just a note about the proceedings of our AGM this coming Saturday:

All nominations and voting for committee positions will take place on the day.


Please note that only financial members will be eligible to take part in this
process. 

Those people wanting to become financial on the day will be given the opportunity
to do so. :) (see David T's email)

As i am currently not at home - I will send out the proposed agenda for the
day - later on this evening. 

AGM will start at 10.30am - and continue til about 12 / 12.30pm. We will stop
for a short break (food time) and then we will begin on the To Do Day activities.
