CB Brisbane Meeting Success

Hello everyone,

Brisbane held its first informal computer bank meeting
last night. We had four attendees and a number of
apologies. The meeting was a great success.

Everyone agreed that we want to push forward to
establishing a computer bank in Queensland. At the
moment we have a number of questions that we would
like to put to the other organisations about how they
got started and how they operate. I will start posting
some of those questions later today.

Our next goal is going to be to gather as much
information as possible about the mechanics of
starting and operating a computer bank. We are
planning another informal meething next week (details
to be posted later), hopefully by then we will be well
on the way to getting the answers we need. Assuming
everything goes well, at our next meeting we will be
looking foward to calling a more formal public meeting
to officially form a computer bank in Queensland.
