Do we need some organisational mediation? Or is it divorce time? Or do 
we stay miserable and hope it gets better on its own?

Some of us remember when it was *wonderful* to be part of this group. 
Some of that set of people are still around and miserable. Can we 
retrieve that splendid dynamic that made going to CB the high point of 
the week?
