Database: Request for comments

Hello again all,

Sorry for the lack of activity on the database, work has been very hectic.

I rewrote the database design over the weekend. If all those interested
could have a look at the design http://inventory.computerbank.org.au/design
and let me know what you think.

There are a number of additions for the purposes of tracking the donations
and there are a few changes made to the exisiting tables.

Please let me know what you think. I can not start implementing it until
there is a general consesus that it is OK, ie more ppl say it is fine than
others.
